While working at Sussman Consultants, our internal brand often took a backseat to client work. Over time, it became clear that our brand no longer reflected our current skillset. We decided it was time for a full rebrand. We began by streamlining the company name, dropping Consultants, and then redefining the brand’s identity and visual direction.

Project Goals
As the senior designer on the project, I led the creation of the new brand style guide, defining the logo usage, typography, color palette, and visual language that would unify our brand across channels. I worked closely with leadership to ensure the new identity reflected both our design expertise and the evolving needs of our clients. I also collaborated with the development team on the design and layout of several portfolio pages, helping to showcase our work in a clean, engaging way.

Brand Guidelines PDF
The brand guidelines consist of a 23-page PDF document that covers logo usage, typography, imagery, color palette, copywriting and brand voice, and applications such as business cards and letterheads. I worked closely with the team to ensure every element reflected the company’s vision for the future and positioned us for continued growth.

Web Design
The portfolio pages were designed to highlight our work with bold imagery and clean layouts. To bring the projects to life, each page features some form of motion, whether it’s a website scroll animation or a stop-motion video of a print piece, adding depth and visual interest.
