Project Goals

Over several years, I supported CDI’s marketing team by designing creative for multi-channel marketing and event campaigns. These initiatives spanned both print and digital touchpoints, including landing pages, printed mailers, social graphics, paid ads, and emails. Each campaign was designed to support CDI’s broader marketing strategy, reinforcing brand messaging, driving engagement, and converting leads.

Splunk Campaign

Following CDI’s acquisition of Kintyre, a world-class Splunk integrator, we launched the Splunk Up Your Life campaign to promote CDI’s expanded Splunk services and educate customers on the new capabilities that were available to them.

I worked closely with CDI’s marketing team to design campaign assets inspired by a 90s-style visual direction. The look drew from bright colors, playful patterns, and energetic typography to give the campaign a memorable look. Catchy phrases like “Splunk Up Your Life,” “Got Splunk?” and “Splunk There It Is” were used throughout the campaign to add to that 90s energy.

Two A/B-tested landing pages were designed: one presenting Splunk use cases directly on the page, and one requiring users to submit their email to download a detailed use-case PDF. Both versions included a “Schedule a Meeting” lead form for conversion.

Break Up With Your Integrator Campaign

Launched around Valentine’s Day, Break Up With Your Integrator was a playful campaign aimed at both new prospects and former customers. Using relationship metaphors and humorous copy, the campaign encouraged these audiences to reconsider their current IT integrator and reconnect with CDI.

I designed a die-cut printed mailer in the shape of a broken heart, featuring illustrated characters and a data center backdrop. This version targeted new prospects, while a matching 5×7 postcard was created for previous customers as a re-engagement piece. I also designed branded packaging for a small package of candy hearts, featuring the CDI logo and short phrases, adding a tactile, memorable element.

In addition, I designed two versions of a campaign landing page tailored to new vs. returning customers, along with a confirmation email and supporting email creative. A set of social graphics reused the couple and heart imagery to maintain visual consistency across channels.
