Mobile PatientLift, aims to empower caregivers and improve the lives of people with limited mobility with their innovative patient lifting solutions. To successfully launch this new brand, they needed a scalable Shopify e-commerce website that could grow with their product line.

My Role

Web Design

Project Goals

The primary focus was creating a website for Mobile PatientLift’s flagship product, the Freedom Transfer Patient Lift, with plans to expand as new products were introduced. Rather than the sterile, clinical look that’s typical of medical equipment, the client wanted a design that conveyed energy, independence, and the freedom to move. The goal with this design was to show that with the right mobility aids, patients can regain their confidence and lead vibrant, active lives.

Work done with Sussman Consultants.

The first image shows the homepage design when the website was first launched and there was only one product. The second image shows the newest version of the homepage with updated copy, photos, and layout to reflect the new offerings.

A selection of pages from the Mobile Patient Lift website

In addition to the homepage, other pages throughout the website are designed to be highly visual, with photos and videos showcasing the product in action and highlighting its impact on patients’ lives. Custom icons also reinforce key product benefits.

Animations

Several animations were incorporated throughout the site to add movement. On product pages, interactive icons flip to reveal descriptions, providing key insights at a glance. Additionally, a hover feature allows users to explore specific product components, such as ergonomic handles, offering a brief explanation of their design and functionality.
